He has over twenty five years experience working with successful businesses especially in Management Consulting, Software Development, Financial Services, and Oil and Gas industries. He was Chief Information Officer for leading banks in Nigeria for the last sixteen years of his over 25 years career, successfully leading major IT and Business transformation projects in those roles. His last two positions before joining Algorism as Founder/CEO were at United Bank for Africa Plc where he was the Director, Group Information Technology between August 2013 and August 2015 and First Bank of Nigeria Limited where he was Chief Information Officer from February 2009 to July 2013.Rasheed is a respected industry expert who has also served on a Presidential committee on National Broadband Strategy and the TechLaunchPad initiative of the Federal Ministry of Communication Technology. He is a First-Class graduate of Computer Science from the University of Ibadan and holds an Executive MBA from the Lagos Business School. He is Professional Fellow of the Nigeria Computer Society and British Computer Society. He is also Honorary Senior Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and a Member of Nigerian Institute of Management.

Abiodun Omikunle is an accomplished IT Infrastructure and Service Delivery Specialist with over two decades of experience supporting global enterprises across the pharmaceutical, automotive, telecoms, and financial services industries.He has held senior technical and leadership roles at Astellas Pharma, Becton Dickinson (BD) Medical, Ford, and British Sky Broadcasting, where he has successfully managed enterprise-wide IT operations, infrastructure transformations, service delivery, and mission-critical support functions.Abiodun’s expertise spans IT infrastructure design and management, service delivery excellence, cybersecurity controls, change management, enterprise application support, cloud technologies (VMware, Microsoft O365, Citrix), and regulatory compliance in highly controlled industries.
